How We Collect Your Consent

Palm Prestige Cleaning only sends SMS messages to customers who have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at palmprestigecleaning.com/book. The checkbox is unchecked by default — customers must actively check it to consent.

Receive appointment reminders & updates via text message

By checking this box, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Palm Prestige Cleaning LLC at the phone number provided, including booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

↑ This checkbox appears on Step 4 (Your Details) of the booking form. It is unchecked by default. The customer must actively check it to opt in.

Affirmative action required. The checkbox is never pre-checked. No SMS messages are sent unless the customer checks this box themselves during the booking process.

24-hour and same-day appointment reminders

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message

Text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to immediately opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

If you opted out and wish to receive messages again, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.
