Terms of Service

1. Services

Palm Prestige Cleaning LLC provides residential cleaning services in South Florida, including Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Vero Beach, West Palm Beach, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Booking & Appointments

• ·Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your booking request and our confirmation via email or SMS.
• ·You agree to provide accurate contact and property information at the time of booking.
• ·We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays due to traffic, prior appointments, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
• ·You or an authorized adult must be present or provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• ·Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• ·Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.
• ·No-shows (failure to provide access at the scheduled time) may be charged the full service fee.
• ·We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, staff illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Payment

• ·Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• ·We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• ·Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card information.
• ·Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated before your service.
• ·For recurring service contracts, billing occurs as specified in your contract agreement.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Cleans

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning:

• ·Contact us within 24 hours of your service completion.
• ·We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.
• ·Re-clean requests must be specific and relate to areas included in the original service scope.
• ·Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Liability & Property

• ·Palm Prestige Cleaning LLC is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours.
• ·We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value, or damage resulting from improper installation or structural defects.
• ·Please secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before your service.
• ·We are not liable for pet-related incidents. Please secure pets during the cleaning.

8. Service Contracts

Recurring service contracts lock in a guaranteed price per visit for the duration of the contract term (3, 6, or 12 months). Early termination may result in a fee equal to one visit at the standard rate. Contracts auto-renew unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the end date. Contract terms are detailed in the separate service agreement signed at the time of enrollment.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of our website. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
